It was such wonderful time in Venice. Everything was perfect, including staff and location, its good wi-fi. A rooftop restaurant was good for dinner.

It's my first option in Venice, thank you. There was excellent rooftop restaurant with delicious meals.

For a 4 star hotel everything was great, I liked to be here. There was variety of great options for English breakfast.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

Had a wonderful stay at this convenient and characterful hotel, everything was good. I booked neat neat room with a view. Particularly good and favourable location, just a walk down to a stone arch bridge. Outstanding food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity.

The hotel was fabulous, it met expectation, I appreciated its unbeatable location near to Rialto Bridge, the water taxi as well as Santa lucia station. I was met by amazing friendly and amicable staff at the foyer.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a nice area, just next door to the waterbus stop, train terminal, the Railway station and the Water taxi station.

Quiet place to stay while in Venice. They gave us a classic queen room with a terrace as well as a beautiful view.

Tidy hotel in historic location in Venice. Lovely bed, stylish bathroom and coffee, air conditioning and double glazed windows in the room. The staff was always available, so very nice. Dependable venue, had a really fantastic service. We had a great time, good value.

we had a pleasant experience. santa croce district is worth looking into. hotel is opposite a train station. we were in the classic double room with heating, a private safe and television.
